Low volume repeat jobs is our niche!

Our equipment and operation system provides the best economy for repeat jobs with small lot runs. We specialize in jobs from only a few to as many as 1,000 pieces. Process information is developed the first time and maintained for better efficiency in subsequent runs.

Metal cutting

Cutting to shape including holes and features are done using two CNC HD plasma machines. These have a maximum plate capacity of 1/2 x 60 x 120 inches. We are also able to cut 5/8 inch (16mm) on a limited basis.

Secondary machining

Drilling, tapping, chamfering, and related secondary machining is performed in-house. Machined components are also procured locally, as needed, for use in weldments and assemblies.

Metal forming

With one mechanical and two CNC hydraulic press brakes and an NC bar former, we are able to form lengths of up to 5 feet (1500mm) in 1/4 inch (6mm) plate, or 3 feet in 1/2 inch (12mm) plate. Presently we form a large variety of guards, frames, brackets, and clamps mostly in the 1/8 to 3/8 (3mm to 10mm) range.

Welding

Two 300A MIG weld stations and one 75KVA resistance welders are used to perform welding jobs. Short run fixtures are made and maintained in-house.

Assembly

Directed by customer needs we perform a wide variety of assembly work that may include bolting, riveting, gluing, etc. We can assemble kits in bags and package a product or accessory complete for shipment per customer needs.

Special processes and finishing

We can provide heat treatment, plating, painting, black oxide coating, and rubber or vinyl coating per your specification as needed.

Quality

We have a CMM inspection center that is used on jobs as needed. In addition to ISO 9001 standard practices, all of our employees are trained to set up their own machines and to inspect their own work. All employees undergo a training program covering print reading and interpreting engineering specifications.
